FreeOpenClaw hosting is currently free. This page explains what that means for payments and refunds.
1. Current free hosting
We do not charge for hosting today. No paid plan, subscription or credit is available for purchase, so there is nothing for us to refund.
2. Model provider charges
Model usage is billed directly by the model provider you connect with your own API key. We do not receive these payments and cannot refund them. For billing questions or disputes, contact your provider. We recommend setting spending limits in your provider account.
3. Future paid plans
When we launch paid plans, we will publish refund and cancellation terms on this page before you can purchase. Those terms will apply only to purchases made after they are published.
4. Unexpected charges
If you see a charge that claims to be from FreeOpenClaw, contact us right away with the details.
